Burgess Community Development

The Montbello FreshLo Hub Project tackled many environment obstacles and improved Montbello residents’ health by redeveloping the former RTD Park and Ride located at 12300 East Albrook Drive, Denver, Colorado 80239. The project is spearheaded by the Montbello Organizing Committee and Burgess Community Development is part of the Flo Development partnership which are the developers of the FreshLo Hub Project. It is the result of a three-year planning process that emphasizes community input and engagement at every step. The FreshLo Hub includes a full-service grocery store, cultural hub, retail space, meeting rooms, parking, and 97 units of affordable housing. Housing units are available at between 30% and 70% AMI.
